Services

Anastasia Chai provides non-therapeutic hypnosis and coaching services focused on motivation, clarity, behavioral patterns, self-regulation skills, and personal effectiveness. Services are educational and supportive in nature.

Services are not medical, mental health, or psychological treatment and are not a substitute for licensed healthcare or psychotherapy.

No Medical or Psychological Services

Anastasia Chai does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition and makes no guarantees regarding outcomes.

Nothing on this website or in services implies that Anastasia Chai is a licensed physician, psychologist, or healthcare provider.

Client Responsibility

By purchasing services, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

• Your participation and engagement affect outcomes.

• You understand services are educational and supportive.

Scheduling and Payments

Sessions must be scheduled through the booking system or by direct arrangement.

Payment is required in full prior to the session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Fees, packages, and session types are subject to change at any time.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without notice may be forfeited.

Refund Policy

Fees for completed sessions are non-refundable.

Unused sessions within a prepaid package may be subject to terms outlined in the client agreement.

No refunds are provided for dissatisfaction with subjective experience or perceived results.

Package sessions must be used within four (4) months of the date of the first session, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any unused sessions remaining after this period will expire and are forfeited. No refunds or extensions are provided for expired sessions.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, audio, written materials, and session content, is the intellectual property of Anastasia Chai and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Anastasia Chai Hypnosis is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or services.

You agree to release Anastasia Chai from any claims related to your participation in services.

Third-Party Services

Payments, scheduling, and communications may be handled through third-party platforms that maintain their own terms and privacy policies.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California.
