Second, your time to listen.
This is the part most people recognize as hypnosis.
I guide your attention inward using verbal suggestions.
You stay aware and in control, while your focus settles into a receptive, attentive state.

This is where new internal responses around habits, stress, performance, confidence, and decision-making are introduced and practiced.

Clients also learn simple self-hypnosis methods they can use between sessions.
