Why I Do Hypnosis

I didn’t come to this work from textbooks. I came from experience.

I grew up navigating emotional abandonment and chronic dysregulation.


Healing wasn’t a trend. It was survival.

By age ten, I was learning about energy. By early teens, I was studying the subconscious mind.

Today, I help others move through what I had to figure out on my own:

A Glimpse Into My World

When I’m not with hypnosis clients, I’m probably tending to one of my houseplants or hiking in the local county parks.

Our furry companions, Sunny, a sweet rescue dog from the San Jose Animal Shelter, and Mishka, our spirited cat, add warmth to my family and home.

I lead a soulful life rooted in the same practices I offer my clients: awareness, intention, and inner leadership.
